BRIEF Phoenix Square, independent cinema in Leicester, needs reviving. This can only be done by addressing problems and getting people going to the cinema. Phoenix Square needs a boost.
RESPONSE After numerous visits it soon became an informative project aimed at the owners and people in charge of Phoenix. Questionnaires were sent out to the existing customers of phoenix and potential trade within Leicester. They were not prompting responses. Instead they allowed people to talk around areas of concern and excellence. This meant that the data was a lot more honest and revealing, which in turn, meant it was more valuable.
